1. Acceptance

By creating an account on FastFix Pro (fastfixpro.app), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

FastFix Pro provides a cloud-based CRM platform for home service and construction businesses. Features include client management, project tracking, invoicing, proposals, scheduling, SMS messaging, and email communications.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all content and data stored within your account.
  • You must comply with all applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and local regulations when using SMS and email features.
  • You must obtain proper consent before sending SMS or marketing communications to your clients.

4. Anti-Spam Policy

You agree not to use FastFix Pro to:

  • Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam)
  • Send SMS without prior express consent from the recipient
  • Send email to purchased or harvested lists
  • Misrepresent the sender identity in messages
  • Send messages outside of reasonable business hours (8 AM - 9 PM recipient local time)

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension.

5. SMS Compliance (TCPA)

When using SMS features, you agree to:

  • Obtain prior express written consent before sending any SMS
  • Honor opt-out requests (STOP) immediately
  • Include your company name in initial messages
  • Send only during permitted hours (8 AM - 9 PM recipient local time)
  • Maintain records of consent for a minimum of 5 years

6. Email Compliance (CAN-SPAM)

All automated emails sent through the platform include:

  • Clear identification of the sending company
  • A valid physical postal address
  • A working one-click unsubscribe link
  • Accurate subject lines

Opt-out requests are honored immediately. You may not send to recipients who have unsubscribed.

7. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your account will remain active until the end of the billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

8. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you store on the platform. We do not claim any rights to your client data, project records, or business information. You may export your data at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

FastFix Pro is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, particularly the anti-spam policy. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@fastfixpro.app.
