1. Who We Are

FastFix Pro ("we," "us," "our") operates the fastfixpro.app platform — a customer relationship management tool for home service and construction businesses. Our platform is accessed via company-specific subdomains (e.g., yourcompany.fastfixpro.app).

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your company name, name, email address, and password.

Client Data: Our customers store their clients' names, email addresses, phone numbers, and addresses within our platform. This data is owned by and controlled by the business account holder.

Usage Data: We collect server logs, page views, and feature usage to improve the platform.

Payment Data: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

3. How We Use Information

  • To provide and maintain the platform
  • To send transactional emails (invoices, proposals, contracts)
  • To send automated reminders on behalf of our customers
  • To process payments via Stripe
  • To send SMS messages (only with prior express consent)
  • To provide customer support

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with:

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Twilio — SMS delivery (when enabled by account holder)
  • Postmark / Gmail — email delivery
  • Google — calendar sync and address autocomplete (when enabled)

5. SMS Communications

SMS messages are sent only to individuals who have provided prior express consent. Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies by account activity.

6. Email Communications

We send emails on behalf of our customers (invoice reminders, proposals, etc.). Every automated email includes an unsubscribe link. Opt-out requests are processed immediately. Transactional emails (payment confirmations, signed contracts) are exempt from opt-out.

7. Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as the account is active. When an account is deactivated or deleted, associated data is removed within 90 days. Backups may persist for up to 30 additional days.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@fastfixpro.app. If you are an end customer of one of our platform users, please contact that business directly — they are the data controller for your information.

9. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, and role-based access controls. Data is hosted on Railway with automated backups.
